Sometimes I have a really hard time remembering that she is only 5.
She is so responsible. So willingly helpful. So very sweet.
The past couple of nights she has told me she will take herself to bed so I can feed Piper.
She will tell me we are doing the "Don't get up" thing, and "check on me when you can".
Then I saw this tonight when I went to check on her.
(yes, she is under those covers...somewhere)
And it very much reminded me that she is a little girl.
She has big dreams and a huge imagination.
I need to remember that better.
