Can't go wrong with Chocolate

The other day we had two missionary cousins come home.  (Welcome home Paige and Garret!) They both talked in church on Sunday and they live on opposite ends of the Wasatch front.  OK, maybe not quit the Wasatch front but close.  Luckily, we were able to make it to both of them.  It was very busy day for us!
Anyway, we took a little treat to the last one and had many people ask for the recipe.  It's so fun to bring something that people like!  I decided to post it here.  I'm thinking it will be the easiest way for everyone to get it.  It's really yummy; hope you enjoy it as much as we do!  Get some graham crackers to dip-the little cinnamon stick ones are really good.  But the plain ones are tasty too.
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese softened
1/2 C butter softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C confectioners sugar
2 tbls. brown sugar
3/4 C mini chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, beat 1st three ingredients until fluffy; gradually add sugars until combined.  Stir in chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Mmmmm...that sounds so yummy! Anything with butter, sugar, and chocolate has to be good! I agree-we are going to have to make sure we don't miss each other next time we are out. Or, if you ever find yourselves in Cleveland, we claim you! (We are so close to Kirtland...maybe a Church History trip?!)
